Hi, I'm Nico.
Computers fascinated me as a kid, especially the question of how to secure them. That fascination became an apprenticeship as an IT specialist. Since 2012, everything in my world revolves around cybersecurity.
Today I'm Chief Security Officer at REINHOLZ Technologies GmbH in Itzehoe. In parallel: the podcast “Cybersecurity ist Chefsache” full-time since 2023, co-founder and managing director of AXIS/PORT. (software & IT security) since 2026, and regularly on stages from it-sa to the Cybersecurity Summit.
My motto sounds simple, but it drives everything: I translate between tech and business. No buzzword bingo.
